Bedok Reservoir is going to be the training ground for the Standarad Chartered full marathon I am gunning for in December. 28 minutes for 4.3km is not such a bad start after all. Will try to go under 25 minutes the next time I run there. :)

Receiving a letter from the GST credits made me smile abit last night. $200 without doing anything on 1st July, sape tanak! Lol.

IPPT is in 3 weeks! If I achieve gold, that would be another $400 added! But silver also still have monetary incentive. So I can take either. Wish me luck! :)
