Disagreements?
Why must there be disagreements in this world?
Just bullshit.


I have never gone through any stupid performance appraisal before. This my first full-time job. And what do they do? Make me fill up my own performance appraisal form. Eh bodoh ke ape. Isn't that supposed to be done by the manager? So what? I just give 5 for all my ratings ar? Now I rate my ownself ar? Bodoh sak.

And now because of this, I'm cracking my brains and think I'll be having insomnia today.
