the way you make me feel
A simple day out on another milestone to our lives.
First part of the day was prepared by her. Because we are supposed to have "surprises" for each other. So we split what we have in store for each other into half. Firstly, she gave me a letter to choose from in the MRT. I didn't even know where we are going at that point of time. The choices were : a) similar but not the same b) exotic Middle East As I thought (b) would be the same as mine, I chose (a). Alighted at harbourfront and...... Tadaaaaaa.  Earle Swensen's at VivoCity. Hmmm yum yum.We were starving like hell and ordered something filling to the max. While waiting for our food, she gave me another card. And another choice. a)Sour b)Sweet I chose (b) and I got a Skittles! Haha. So cute! Colour-colour some more. Hehe.  At this point I also passed my first gift to her. What could it be? Find out in her blog. Hehe. We had this tuna quesadilas as a starter. It would be better if it had more tuna than onions! It should have been onion quesadilas instead! It tastes nice to me but I'm sure Fana didn't like the too much onions part. So much for a chef's recommendation. I think the chef loves onions.  Our food. Top one is my Mega Burger aka MAHA Burger. I forgot what it is called in Earle's Swensens. There's a proper name for it. The bottom one is the Super duper huge hotdog.  See how happy we are with our food. If you noticed, I have a small American flag with me. It was on the bun when they served it. In support of Obama I guess. Haha.  We had cookie monster as our drink. No, not the character in Sesame Street. The name of the drink is Cookie Monster. Oreo, mocha ice blended. Ooohhh marvellous. We shared because my throat still doesn't feel fine(Tapi makan maha burger dengan wedges bole ehhh.). Hehe. Sssshhh.  I tried very hard to finish my food. I did finish the freaking big burger but not the 2 leftover wedges. She can't even finish her humongous hotdog although she was very hungry.  And then we ordered a dessert and she passed me the 3rd letter while waiting for the dessert to be served. a) small b) BIG I wouldn't want a small thing so I chose (b) again. She passed me the This Fashion bag, and when I looked inside, I said the same words as when she passed me a G-Shock watch for my birthday! "Tannaakkkk...." Hahaha.  What did she get me? An adidas shirt that I wanted to buy a couple of months back. Thats sweet of her to remember. =)  And when I'm done with taking out the shirt from the bag, she requested for her bag back. Haha typical of my girlfriend. Can't bear to part with the plastic bag. I think she can bear more parting with her boyfriend than parting with a nice plastic bag. Tsk tsk tsk. So here are the 3 letters. There's a 4th one since its our 4 years. We shall just wait then. Haha.  Here's our dessert. Coit Tower. Pronounced as Ku-ah Tah-were.  Wanted to catch a movie but as usual Vivo has too many people lining up to watch movies. Bleagh. So, went to do one of our favourite things. Photo-Hunt! Haha. After that, we played this jungle-game thingy where we had to shoot insects. She was practically screaming the whole time! Haha. Oh wells, Fana and insects don't get along well. You should try staying out in a jungle for one day, darl.  So its my turn after that. Just asked her to follow me to PS. Keep asking me the reason we were going there for. But of course, no way am I telling her. And why are we going there? To get this. . . .  Heehee. She has been wanting to get another one but I purposely delayed for this moment. Sorry darl. =) Next stop after that was for dinner time but Dhoby Ghaut area was turning into BANGLAnd. So I hijacked her into a taxi(padehal takut sesat pegi sane kalau naik bus/MRT. Heehee.). And we went toooo.....  Amirah's Grill(finally!). Ambience was quite cool. Quiet and stuff. But too quiet for our liking. While waiting I passed her this.......  Heehee.And the food......  We were still full from the Swensen's lunch so we couldn't finish all of them. It has the Middle East taste. Spicy and abit salty. Especially for Fana's black pepper fish. Haha.We wore the new rings and she passed me a short but sweet letter. We're Four! =)  Walked around Bugis and she passed me the 4th letter. Went home after that. Next day, working day.
