finally.
I had wanted to blog about ways for the government to help us in the ecomonic crisis. But then, after the Budget 2009 yesterday......
I DON'T SEE THE NEED! Haha. For those katak bawah tempurung or for direct translation, frog under the shelter, the government made a resolve to double our GST credits this year. Woohoo! This is the best news I've received from the government! (Ever since they decided to give GST credits of course. Lol.) I even read that they are considering to slice the GST from 7% to 5%. Waiting for the good news then. 2% really makes a difference I tell you. Hehe. For those aged below 21, I'm truly sorry but you all can forget about the GST credits k? Even if it is given to you, you'll probably use that money to buy booze and cigarettes, whereas you can use the money to better use. I realise how fortunate I am to be born in the year 1986. =) But then, more money means we tend to spend more. So I shall be careful. Be very careful in fact. Because I'm 23 this year. Not getting any younger. I have future plans to think about too. =) Anyway, I was crossing a road just now after my Friday prayers, and there were alot of people riding their bicycles along the side of the road. Mostly, ahpeks. If around Yishun, Jurong and secluded areas, then its those *coughs* For example I was crossing the road using a zebra crossing, and the vehicles all stopped, then got this one Ok back to happy things. Today is TGIF! Woohoo! And followed by a long, long weekend! Its about time man. Heehee. Thought of going JB with the gang during this time but the newspaper stated that there is going to be a looong jam at the checkpoint. Throughout the new year too. Haiz. How? To go or not to go? Whatever it is, at least there's another netball session with the gang to look forward to! Wheeee! Happy Chinese New Year! Thanks for the long weekend, China people! Heehee. Hidanilson Out. . . |
