updates!
A while back, when I was on my way to Tuas, I saw something which caught my eyes.(Dah macam amik daripada mane nye buku cerita entah starting dier. Haha.) Within a couple of months of not hanging out there, Jurong Point now is bigger and better! Like all those bigger and better burgers. Haha. I mean its like twice the size of the old Jurong Point. So yesterday we drop by after work. And my word, it is big indeed. Like KL's Megamall or something. I know I keep saying that to you, wak. But like you, I was also a jakun-makun person. Like foreigner also have, you. Lol.
For those who have not gone there at all(I assume those people are boring people), then go! For those who have gone before it was renovated and extended, errr go again? Hehe. For those who are still defiant and insist on not going like a spoilt brat, gasak kau lah nak! Kau dah besar! So its TGIF ya'll. Followed by Christmas. And then New Year. And then Chinese New Year. And then Malay New Year. Ehhhh, why Malay's new year no public holiday ar? Haha. Its great to be given half day on Christmas eve when I'm not a Christian. Do you realise that Malays and Indians can go off half-day on the eve of their festive holiday but the Chinese can't? Whereas BOTH Malays and Indians can go off half-day on the eve of Chinese New Year like the Chinese. I think this is the part where I'm happy with the call. Hehe. What else? Hmm most banks and industries are going GREEN from next year onwards. Means everything must do online already. Check bills, online. Check CPF, online. Monthly bank account update, online. No more letters to our letterbox. The thing is what if there are no computers or internet connection or worst, both? Or those computer illiterates or slightly slow with computers(Don't look around you, best husband in the world)? How then? Hmmmmm. Wait until next year to find out then. Oh, I had a terrible dream/nightmare yesterday. I dreamt that the terrorist attack in Mumbai actually happened in Singapore. In some MRT. And I got shot twice on my body but managed to escape. During my sleep, I could literally feel the bullets in my body while moaning and groaning about the pain and bleeding. Everyone's running around, shouting and screaming. Scary shit! The dream had no conclusion as I woke up before it ended. Seriously, although I whine about living here, I am still content that Singapore is safe, as of now. Hopefully nothing happens in the future. *cross fingers tightly* Ok, back to happy things. Once again, today is TGIF! Everybody loves Friday! And tomorrow and Sunday I have a soccer tournament. Let's cheer for Real Forza(our team's name)! Now, where's my ball? I mean soccer ball. Hidanilson Out. . . |
