what now?
Yesterday at near midnight, I received a heart-wrenching message that could result in me having a sudden cardiac arrest. No, Fana's not breaking up with me. Haha.
You see, tomorrow we're having this raya outing that I've massed email to most of them. And everything was planned according to, well, plan. The past week, I've been planning the routes in the best way possible so that we won't finish as late as after 10plus tomorrow. Because I'll feel ashamed to visit people's houses after 10pm. Its disturbing and not polite. I've already confirmed with the bus company where's the pick up point, the first destination and stuff. I've already SMS-ed/CALLED everyone informing them the meeting place and time. The reason why we started down in the south is as per requested by the person. Its already confirmed. Settled. Number of people coming? 19. 1 more to make full use of the bus. So at 11.45pm yesterday night, an sms came along saying her house(which is the 1st house) can't be visited and she can't join the outing too. And as I am not such a nice guy anymore, I was just shocked and lambasted her. I didn't mean to but if people can't spare a thought or appreciate my effort, why should I even say, "Its ok." when in fact it is not OK. The plan is totally crushed. I'll have to reschedule everything again. I'm not sure which house can we go first since everything is in haywire. I'll have to inform everybody of the changes by sms or calling, AGAIN, and I'll also have to change the bus pick-up point, which I still don't know where it would be now. So if she's not joining, then her bf, whom is also our good friend, decided against coming too. That's 2 people down, and 2 extra space in the bus to fill up. I'm trying to make other people's lives easy, but they in return, make my life just a lil bit difficult. I just simply don't understand. Its like a couple getting married tomorrow and then 2 days before during midnight, she decided to call it off or postponed the wedding. So dramatic, but yet true. How ironic. Is it the start of a cranky Yat? Hidanilson Out. . . |
