According to a tag from aini, a birthday that falls on a fasting month is not that bad after all.

FRIDAY
I was SERIOUSLY sick on thursday evening. Was contemplating whether to act garang(fierce) and turn up for work, or just go to clinic to take an MC. As that day unfortunately falls on my birthday, I thought oh wells, I might as well take MC and have a good rest or if I feel better, celebrate my birthday. Which of course, I did the latter. Haha.

It was nearly 10am when I woke up that Friday morning as I needed more rest. Bathed, changed and off I went to the polyclinic and I just miss the morning doctor. Had to wait till 1.30pm and there I waited reading my newpaper. Supergirl was supposed to come but was delayed due to certain reasons. And when she appeared, the reasons were obvious. Let the pictures do the talking.

The birthday card which says "Camel Legung". And the card that has a mirror image of 22 and looks like a heart too. Cool. Followed by the content of the card.

Its a G-shock watch!!! Like what the hell!! The last time I had this type of expensive watch was in my primary school days! I was surprised! Wanna see how surprised I was?

Hahahaha! Abit kedi I know. I was sick whattttt. =P

And there was one more thing.

Brownie muffins. Woohoo! Nasib baik tengah puasa, kalau tak....*yum yum* dah...

I know, I know. It was given at a polyclinic but presents are presents. Doesn't matter where we give/receive them. My face turned to glee and although I did not want to accept the expensive watch, deep down inside I know I do. Thanks. And the brownie muffins, nice! Errr, my mucus were still dripping like tap water though. And my cough were still stagnant. But who cares! Its my BIRTHDAY! We even played UNO while waiting. Haha, sempat.

Then we went to PS to catch Bangkok Dangerous.

Movie was like Wanted. Assassin taking in another assassin under his wing, trained him and then the rest is history. But this movie portray some touching moments where there's more to life than just accepting big-money to kill people. Be them good or bad.

Followed by a sumptuous break fast at. . . .

I received a $15 Capitaland voucher from SHF and used it to great effect. The manager-in-training even voided off our drinks. So we paid like onli $16 for 2 spaghettis, 1 basket of fries and 2 blended drinks. Hehe. Of course, its because I knew that manager. I didn't get the discount cause it was my birthday or something. Here's the food.

SATURDAY
Met up with "The Gang"(we all know who "The Gang" now is already). 7 turned up at Paya Lebar and went on a baju kurung hunt. At Joo Chiat, N & N(Nozie & Nashriq) found theirs. Fast game. My bro and his wife aka my sister-in-law bought quite a few things. After that, went to Tanjong Katong Complex where the baju kurung Fana liked didn't have her size, AGAIN. Why oh why does this always happen to my muffin?

Left there at around 5.30 and met the rest at 5.45pm at City Hall. Supposed to meet about 10 people there but only Azrie and Shu were around. So as I have carefully planned this outing(Seats reserved at Magic Wok already), we went ahead to the outlet first. Rad and Maria came just before buka and Qiqin came slightly after buka. Sorry Maria, you had to be part of the "cake" again. Your birthday, you get 2 cakes k? You like right? Heehee.

Before eating, Azrie and Shu passed me the present they bought and Shahrul passed a present he and Hykal bought. I also opened my bro and Sri's present. What to do. Waiting for buka mahhh...

Wow, must have been damn expensive. And what a cute and funny card. Thanks Shu! And thanks for the nice and wonderful Liverpool jacket Shahrul and Hykal!

Somebody also sempat main PSP. Dengan kekhusyukkannye. Haha!

Main game 300 seh! Tak agak2! Oh wells, while waiting to break fast, there's lots of things we can do. Lol.

So back to buka, we ate by dishes and plain rice. Just abit kesian for the other table though. Haiz. But never mind, hopefully no more miscommunication again k people? Please.

Proceeded to FATBIRD next. Wow, it has been a long time since we went there to chill! Very nice place to chill with friends and have a good laugh! Played Murderer and Charades and even a slight interruption by the loud cheers caused not far from us due to the Liverpool - Man Utd game which adds a bonus to my birthday. Heehee.

After that, it was the celebration for the September babies! A huge Famous Amos cookie-cum-cake. Arip, me, Baizura and Al-Hafiz. Cool! After eating and stuffing the cakes, it was time to go home. =(
